Grundfos Pumps India Pvt. Ltd. (Grundfos India) a wholly owned subsidiary of Grundfos Holdings was established on March 13, 1998. Grundfos India is responsible for sales of Grundfos products in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives and Nepal. Currently, Grundfos India has more than 300 employees and works with 200 distributors and dealers with 14 offices across India. Grundfos India provides energy efficient pumps and smart pumping solutions for various applications – heating and hot water service systems, cooling and air-conditioning systems, industrial applications, pressure boosting and liquid transfer, groundwater supply, domestic water supply, sewage and wastewater, dosing, chlorination systems, disinfection systems and pumps running on renewable energy.

The mobile application enables its customers to access any product related assistance or to locate their nearest service point and its people. 
The“Grundfos SmArt Serv” app  has already begun receiving tremendous interest from its customers. The app already has 15,000 registered customers with 50-100 being added every week.
 
Why was “Grundfos SmArt Serv” launched?
 
Grundfos’ products are primarily used for pumping water for drinking or irrigational purposes. A downtime of these pumps could affect livelihood or day-to-day functioning of farming activities. Thus, the app was built for its customers to be able to establish quick connect with the company (Grundfos) for faster turnaround on service related queries, to understand features of various products and for many more of such requirements.  
 
Who can use it?
 
“Grundfos SmArt Serv” provides a platform for all Grundfos customers and partners to seamlessly share and resolve their service concerns. Their products are used across residential, commercial and industrial buildings, automotive industry, mining, irrigation and agriculture, water treatment, water utility etc. Thus, anyone who uses Grundfos’ products can access this mobile app.
 
 How does it work?
 
Grundfos’ customers can report their issues by using this app and reach out to the nearest service provider. While any assistance requests for digital pumps will be fixed remotely, the service provider will depute an engineer foronsite issues.
Customers can also use this app to track the status of their complaints, escalate any pain points, get a report and/or quotation on required spare parts and provide feedback on the service.
